1. LCSC reserves the right to approve or decline any filming or photography permission request.

2. The applicant must provide accurate and complete information, including all details of the relevant filming or photography program.

3. The applicant should conduct a site survey at least one working week before filming to arrange support, facilities, security, site preparation, and required assets.

4. Interview questions must be submitted with the request form so all relevant facts and figures can be reviewed.

5. The applicant must hold adequate general third-party and product liability insurance before photography or filming begins.

6. The applicant acknowledges the inherent risks and dangers associated with racing and other LCSC activities.

7. The applicant is responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the applicant or authorized personnel.

8. LCSC and associated bodies are not responsible for theft, damage, loss, or destruction of products or belongings.

9. The applicant accepts responsibility for damage to LCSC property arising from use of the facilities.

10. Media vests and service-road or track-access passes must be returned when filming is complete.

11. All content filmed at Lusail International Circuit requires approval before publication.

12. Use of the LIC logo and intellectual property is restricted to partners and requires prior permission.

13. Any breach may result in filming permission being revoked and the agreement being terminated.

14. This agreement replaces prior understandings and remains binding on all parties and successors.

15. LCSC may withdraw, suspend, or revoke permission without notice at any time.
